  • Submit the signed and accomplished TRANSACTION FORM NO 1 to support@affinitycorp.net

REMINDERS

  • You may apply for full or partial fund switch.

  • You have three (3) FREE Fund switches per year.

  • A fund switch transaction must not go below the required minimum amount per fund as shown in the table below

DAILY CUT-OFF

  • Daily cut-off time is 1:00 PM.
  • Any requirements received or deposits verified after the daily cut-off deadline are considered received the next business day.

REPORTS

  1. You will receive a TRANSACTION CONFRIMATION ADVICE as PROOF OF FUND SWITCH to your email and an SMS to confirm the transaction.
