Marketing Specialist
Responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through strategic marketing initiatives, investor education programs, and partnerships, focusing on client acquisition, activation, and conversion across retail, corporate, and high-net-worth (HNI) segments.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns targeting retail investors (EIP funnel), corporate accounts, and HNI segments
- Identify, evaluate, and scale high-performing acquisition channels
- Align marketing strategies with sales priorities and fund positioning
- Lead and deliver structured funds training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Design modular training programs from beginner to advanced levels
- Develop sales enablement materials aligned with fund positioning
- Ensure training initiatives translate into measurable AUM growth
- Spearhead end-to-end execution of financial wellness programs for corporate clients
- Design program structure, deliver presentations, and support onboarding
- Coordinate with Sales and HR partners for implementation
- Drive conversion of participants into funded and recurring investors
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporations, communities, and distribution partners
- Drive lead generation and investor acquisition through strategic collaborations
- Lead execution of investor briefings, HNI sessions, campus activations, and similar initiatives
- Ensure events are aligned with conversion objectives and result in investment activity
- Oversee development of high-impact marketing content aligned with market conditions and sales priorities
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable investor insights
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and channels
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and industry developments to provide relevant advice to clients

Functional:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Education:
- Relevant Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial advisory, or a related field
