Sales Manager
Responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through effective team leadership, focusing on the recruitment, activation, and productivity of sales channels, while executing strategic initiatives across retail, corporate, and high-net worth (HNI) segments.
- Manage and drive the performance of Account Officers and agency sales channels
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new advisors and sales personnel
- Ensure activation of new hires through training, initial deals, and pipeline development
- Implement strategies across retail (EIP), corporate accounts, HNI segment, and other strategic initiatives
- Align team efforts with market opportunities and business objectives
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and coaching sessions with team members
- Improve team performance in terms of conversion rates, average investment size, and client retention
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client transactions
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client portfolio updates
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and industry developments to provide relevant advice to clients

- Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
Functional:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Education:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience of experience in sales, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related field, with leadership exposure
